Returns are made with preauthorization only and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. If you purchased K & M merchandise from a dealer, please return the product to them and they will return the item to us. Merchandise purchased directly from K & M should be returned directly to us. Merchandise returned without an RMA will not be credited. To receive full credit on merchandise, returns must be made within 30 days from date of invoice and must be in new condition; except in the case where merchandise is defective or damaged in shipment. Merchandise returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Merchandise determined not to be in new condition will be assessed an additional charge based on the merchandise condition.
